Peter Carey, born 1943, is a highly respected author and twice
winner of the Booker Prize.
Peter Carey was born in Australia and as a consequence the majority of books
were first published in Australia, followed by England and then America. He is a
collected writer and all of the the books listed in this bibliography are of
collectable interest and value. That said they are, at the time of writing,
still within the financial reach of most. He is also quite an accessable writer
who makes regular public appearances, consequently signed first editions are not
difficult to locate
