Norman Lewis, born 1908 and died 2003, was a novelist and travel
writer and hailed by non other than Graham Greene as 'one of the best writers of
the twentieth century' The man himself was known for his great modesty. For
collectors, all of the novels can be bought quite reasonably, including the
first book. The first two travel books are the most valuable, though not out of
reach for anyone with a reasonable budget. In all but one case, the English 1st
editions precede the American. We have also included all the alternative titles,
as and when applicable.
