The third book with 9,900 copies produced. The are 2 sets of
sheets, no priority established, one text block of poorer quality paper measures
approx 15mm and the other 19mm. The book is extremely difficult to find in a
fine jacket. They are notoriously fragile and the spines usually faded and worn.
A fine jacket attracts a large premium but care should be taken as restoration
and re-colouring in not unheard of.
