Brief Biography
Michael Arlen, born 1895, is best known
for The Green Hat and book which made him one of the most
talked about novelists of the 1920s. In America F Scott
Fitzgerald chronicled the Roaring Twenties and The Jazz Age, in
England it was Arlen who best caught the feel of the times.
Early first editions in jacket are regarded as rare books, perhaps not as popular as
before they are still sought after, anyone seeking to buy or sell rare, secondhand or first edition
books can consult our find a bookseller section. |
