Martin Amis, born 1949 son of Kinsley, was at the forefront of a
new generation of British writers. His work won critical acclaim and there was
talk of him eclipsing his father before he was 30, as to whether he has/will
remains open to debate. His work became collectable very early on with the first
3 books being the most sought after, and rare. As ever, the byword for modern
first collectors is condition, only near fine or fine copies should be
considered. the author has not been shy when it comes to signing so when seeking
the later titles, a signed copy would be advisable.
