Ken Kesey, 1935 to 2001, is best known for his first novel,
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, a classic title was received a massive
boost from the equally classic film starring Jack Nicholson. Needless to say his
work is very collectable. The second book listed in this bibliography has an
important issue point. The true 1st edition has a ship on the half title page
before the title page. on the second issue it is after the title page. American
titles has precedence over the English, though British editions tend to be
rarer. .
