Harold Pinter, born 10 October 1930, is best known as a
playwright. He also wrote one novel, The Dwarfs, and seven screenplays which are
not included in this bibliography. None of the books are
particularly rare and first edition, whilst collectable, are not hugely
valuable. There are a number of signed limited editions and these do fetch
higher prices. As well as being critically acclaimed Harold Pinter also won the
Nobel Prize for Literature in 2005 and was awarded the CBE. He has always been
something of a political activist and campaigner ona wide range of issues,
something which continues right up to the time of writing
