Geoffrey Household, born 1900 and died 1988, was a pseudonym for Edward West. He deals superbly with suspense and adventure in his books, none more so than in his best known work, Rogue Male. This is also his most valuable first edition. Apart form one title,  the English editions precede their American counterparts, the only two alternative titles have been noted in the bibliography Pre war titles are rare books in jacket though later titles are more readily available and very reasonably priced. A superb author and one we would heartily recommend to both readers and collectors.
