More Information
Garth Nix, born 1963, is an Australian writer perhaps best known
for his Old Kingdom series. As well that there are also the following,
Seventh tower and Keys to the Kingdom. This bibliography has been problematic.
It is littered with paperback original first editions. Precedence varies between
the Australian edition, American and British. He first came to the notice of
collectors in a big way with the re-release of Sabriel in the UK. Collectors
should note that it came in laminated boards with an illustrated clear film dust
jacket. The author signed plenty of copies so serious collectors should seek a
signed 1st ideally.
