More Information
Celia Rees is a respected writer of young persons fiction. The
Witch Child series is by far the most popular and saw the beginning of her
popularity amongst collectors. At the time of writing, the books are still
attainable at reasonable prices so putting together a full set is not an
unreasonable aspiration, quite how long this will remain the case is a matter of
conjecture. Signed first editions are relatively easy to source. Proof copies or
ARCs (advance reading copy) also float about and make interesting additions to
any serious collection. Readers are very well catered for as there are plenty of
softcovers and reprints all available for nominal sums.
