More Information
Anthony Powell was born in London on 21st December 1905, educated
at Eton and Balliol College Oxford. His output is usually divided into 2 groups,
pre and post war. Focus is drawn mainly to the Dance to the Music Time sequence
with some critics, unfairly, dismissing his other work somewhat. The early books
in jacket are very collectable today and are considered rare, later titles less
so but still very collectable.
